How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. We also offer an express shipping option if you need your yarn and patterns in a hurry.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for yarn?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused yarn in its original condition with the ball band intact. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable.

Will my yarn be from the same dye lot?

We always do our absolute best to ensure that all balls of the same yarn in a single order come from the same dye lot to ensure color consistency.

Can I add items to an order I have already placed?

As long as your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can add items. Please contact our customer service team immediately via phone or email.
